Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At Philter, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund under the terms outlined below.


Refund Policy (15 Days)

You may request a refund within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Product must be returned in the same condition as delivered

Non-Eligible Items

  • Used, opened, or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)

  • Products purchased on sale or promotion (unless faulty)

  • Items with missing packaging or tampered labels/serial numbers

Refund Process

  • All returns are subject to Quality Assurance (QA) inspection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit

Shipping

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was incorrect or damaged


Exchange & Replacement Policy

We offer exchanges or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 15 days of purchase/delivery

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Exchanges are only valid for items purchased through our official website

  • If the correct product was delivered, shipping costs will be borne by the customer

  • All items will undergo QA inspection before approval

  • Processing time for exchanges is 5–7 business days

  • If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose to wait or receive store credit

  • Philter reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the criteria


Claims Policy

We handle claims carefully to ensure fairness:

  • Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving your order

  • Online purchases cannot be claimed at physical retail stores

  • Items bought from retail stores are not eligible for online exchange or refund

  • Customers must return the item for evaluation (shipping cost applies)

  • Products already exchanged/replaced are not eligible for further claims

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse will not be accepted

  • Claims without a valid receipt or outside the timeframe will be rejected

  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers are not eligible

  • Sale or promotional items are non-exchangeable/non-refundable, unless defective

  • Claim decisions are made within 7 working days


Store Credit

Store credit may be issued in the following cases:

  • Approved or valid claims

  • Exchange requests where the item is out of stock

  • Orders paid online but not delivered

  • Orders paid online where the customer refuses delivery and requests a refund


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including applicable shipping costs.
